International Women's Day is a global holiday made to celebrate the achievements of women and encourage a gender equal world for all. This year's mission for women in the workplace is 'To champion women of all backgrounds who dare to innovate, lead, and uplift others towards a more equal and inclusive workplace.'
To honor this day, we wanted to spotlight the women that make up Op4G and their achievements!
Paula Flores, Project Manager
Paula is a seasoned market research professional with 15+ years of Supplier and Client Side experience. She has been working for Op4G since July 2012 and has gained a track record of providing excellent client service, reliability, and expertise in questionnaire design, data collection, and analysis. Prior to Op4G, Paula worked with with GfK Custom Research as a Research Manager specializing in Financial services. She also held project management positions at global companies such as AC Nielsen, Colgate-Palmolive, and Globe Telecom. She is a B.S. Economics graduate from the University of the Philippines and completed the Principles of Marketing Research course from The University of Georgia.
Paula enjoys the arts, music, and photography. She loves to travel, dine, and explore new places with her husband and two sons. She is based in Daly City, California.
Kellie Prial, Corporate Administrator
Kellie has been working with the team at Op4G since 2011. Currently, Kellie works with clients and members in the Account Management Department in our Portsmouth, New Hampshire office.
She holds an undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico and a Masters from Illinois State University. Living a very active lifestyle, Kellie enjoys skiing, golfing, and hanging out at the beach with her husband and daughter.
Katarina Grubljesic, Campaign Account Manager
Katarina's job at Op4G is to organize tasks, manage multiple priorities at the same time, and deliver the best service possible to clients.
She graduated from Lindenwold University in Missouri, majoring in Social Work and Psychology. Katarina has a strong ability to grow with a job, handle responsibilities, and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels.
Madeline Warren, Membership & Marketing Director
Madeline joined the Op4G team in the summer of 2015 as a Nonprofit Coordinator in the Portsmouth, NH office. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Communication: Business Applications and International Affairs. Upon graduating she began working full-time at Op4G as the Membership & Marketing Director. Prior to Op4G, Madeline worked in the marketing departments of Alaska SeaLife Center, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, and the Cape Wildlife Center. Madeline is a member of the Portsmouth Rotary Club and is an active Insights Association volunteer.
Madeline enjoys hiking, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her Saint Bernard puppy Kenai.
Alyssa Picard, Nonprofit Coordinator & Marketing Assistant
Alyssa works for Op4G as the Marketing Assistant and Nonprofit Coordinator. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in the fall of 2018 with a BS in Business Administration: Marketing and joined the team shortly after. She is knowledgeable in digital marketing practices and assists in content creation, social media marketing, campaigns, and advertising.
In her role as the Nonprofit Coordinator, she focuses on providing new and exciting ways for our nonprofit partners to increase funding through the Op4G model.
Outside of work, she enjoys skiing at Loon Mountain, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Laura Atchinson, Sample Only Team Lead
Laura is Op4G's Sample Only Team Lead and has been with Op4G for over two years. She has experience with online studies for a variety of objectives including: attitudes, awareness, customer journey and satisfaction, new product development, social and digital media evaluation, product and menu testing, and segmentation. Laura got her M.A. from Rhode Island School of Design and B.F.A. from the University of Arizona.
Before joining our team, she worked as a Research Analyst for a management consulting company where she assisted with consumer research, category, and competitive analysis along with new product concept development and studies for large companies. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, painting, astronomy, and spending time with her family and friends.
Daisy Martinez, Project Manager
Daisy joined Op4G in October as a Full-Service Project Manager. She has a degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago alongside achievements in Entrepreneurship and Communications & Promotions. Prior to Op4G, Daisy worked for a luxury retailer as their In-Store Marketer and created advertisements for a Chicago law firm which was featured in various business law magazines.
When she’s not working on projects, she loves playing with her puppy Winston, traveling to Scotland with her husband, and spending time in the yoga studio.
Stephanie Ball, Senior Director of Client Development
Stephanie joined Op4G as a Senior Director of Client Development in January of 2020, bringing 7 years of market research experience. Prior to Op4G, she was a Director of Business Development with QualVu and FocusVision. She has experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies, project design, and numerous digital platforms. She understands the importance of qualifying the right respondents for every project and is passionate about ensuring the success of her clients’ research.
Prior to her tenure in market research, Stephanie spent 15 years in hotel management, acting as Director of Catering for several major brands. On occasion, she will come out of “hotel retirement” to assist with the planning of major meetings and events.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her dog Henry, traveling, pilates, following true crime and volunteering as a foster for a Denver area animal rescue.
Renata Glebocki, Client Development Associate
Renata recently joined Op4G as a Client Development Associate in the Orlando, FL office. Before Op4G, she co-managed a full-service political consulting firm, You Should Run, for 3 years. Over the course of 7 years in politics, she has served as a Field Specialist, Data Director, Campaign Manager, and Digital Marketing Director for multiple political campaigns across Florida, at every level of government.
Renata graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2014, with a B.A. degree in Political Science. She currently attends the University of Central Florida as a graduate student in the Professional Master of Science in Management program.
In her spare time, Renata enjoys surfing, yoga, and developing websites for local nonprofits.
Jennifer Mayo, Project Manager
Jenny recently joined the Op4G team in February of 2020. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018 with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. She previously interned at a museum in their Public Relations department and later worked in Sales at a book distributor. Jenny has experience working in the nonprofit sector with a focus on culture and science.
Outside of work, she likes to try new restaurants, see her favorite artists perform live, and explore Chicago’s many neighborhoods.
Kelly Piper, Client Development Associate
Kelly recently joined the Op4G team in December of 2019. Currently, she works as a Client Development Associate out of the Dallas office. She previously worked in market research on the project management side and as a project manager for 3 years in the sign industry prior to that. Kelly attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and is originally from Chicago, IL.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys traveling as much as possible. She also enjoys running, reading, hiking, and spending as much time as possible with her Boxer, Mikita.
Sarah Walston, Senior Director of Client Development
Sarah is a Senior Director of Client Development at Op4G. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University. She has 14+ years of market research experience, having worked at Nielsen and Greenfield Online/Toluna USA, prior to joining Op4G in January of 2020.
Sarah lives in Houston, Texas where she enjoys spending time with her children. She also owns and operates a catering business.
