According to Statista, consumers around the world spend an average of over 7.5 hours a day interacting with media. Browsing the internet, streaming TV and movies, reading books, and listening to podcasts are just a few ways people have been passing the time while quarantining. Because of this, overall media consumption has only continued to increase within the last six months.
To gain further insight on media consumption habits during COVID-19, we recently polled over 300 Op4G members on the subject. We asked about current favorite TV shows and movies, most used social media platforms, hours spent consuming media each day, and more.
