In honor of Women in the Work Place Day, Op4G would like to spotlight several of the important female figures in our lives. From the women in our company to the female inspired non-profit partners, Op4G is honored to support the strong voices of female empowerment. Take a look at the amazing female faces behind Op4G.
Alexis Mangan- Senior Director of Client Development
Alexis joined Op4G in October of 2014, adding 12 years of Market Research experience to the team. She has widespread knowledge of the industry ranging from project management and client service to business development. She is responsible for revenue growth and managing client relationships.
Prior to Op4G, Alexis worked at MyPoints.com for 8 years where she worked in project and account management. She graduated from Sacred Heart University with an International Business degree where she also spent 4 years as a valuable member of the Division 1 Field Hockey program, serving as captain her senior year. Her daughter is the greatest joy of her life and she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Paula Flores- Project Manager
Paula is a seasoned market research professional with 15+ years of Supplier and Client Side experience. She has been working for Op4G since July 2012 and has gained a track record of providing excellent client service, reliability, and expertise in questionnaire design, data collection, and analysis. Prior to Op4G, Paula worked with with GfK Custom Research as Research Manager specializing in Financial services. She also held project management positions at global companies such as AC Nielsen, Colgate-Palmolive and Globe Telecom. She is a B.S. Economics graduate from the University of the Philippines and completed the Principles of Marketing Research course from University of Georgia.
Paula enjoys the arts, music and photography. She loves to travel, dine and explore new places with her husband and two sons. She is based in Daly City, California.
Kellie Prial- Corporate Administrative Support Staff
Kellie has been working with the great team at OP4G since 2011. Currently, Kellie works with clients and members in the Account Management Department in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
She holds an undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico and a Masters from Illinois State University. Living a very active life style, Kellie enjoys skiing, golfing, and hanging out at the beach with her husband and daughter.
Katarina Grubljesic- Campaign Account Manager
Katarina is Campaign Account Manager. Her job is to organize tasks, manage multiple priorities at the same time, and deliver the best service possible to clients.
She graduated from Lindenwold University in Missouri, majoring in Social Work and Psychology. Katarina has a strong ability to grow with a job, handle responsibilities, and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels.
Madeline Warren- Membership & Marketing Director
Madeline joined the Op4G team in the summer of 2015 as a Non-Profit Coordinator in the Portsmouth, NH office. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Communication: Business Applications and International Affairs. Prior to Op4G Madeline worked in the marketing departments of Alaska SeaLife Center, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, and the Cape Wildlife Center.
Madeline enjoys hiking, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family and dog Rosa.
Laura Atchinson - Project Manager
Laura Atchinson is one of our California based Program Managers. She has experience with online studies for a variety of objectives including: attitudes, awareness, customer journey and satisfaction, new product development, social and digital media evaluation, product and menu testing, and segmentation.
Laura got her M.A. from Rhode Island School of Design and B.F.A. from the University of Arizona. She is originally from upstate New York, has been in California since 2012, and has worked at Op4G for 1.5 years. Before joining our team, she worked as a Research Analyst for a management consulting company where she assisted with consumer research, category, and competitive analysis, along with new product concept development and studies for large companies. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, painting, astronomy, and spending time with her family and friends.
Alyssa Picard - Marketing Assistant & Non-Profit Coordinator
Alyssa recently joined Op4G as a Marketing Assistant and Non-Profit Coordinator in the Portsmouth, NH office. She is in charge of servicing our non-profit partners and providing new and exciting ways for non-profits to earn donations through the Op4G model. She also assists with marketing and project support on the client-side of the business.
Alyssa graduated from the University of New Hampshire in fall of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She is knowledgeable in digital marketing practices and also has an interest in the market research industry.
Prior to Op4G, Alyssa worked as a Supervisor for the Audiovisual Services Department at UNH. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing at Loon Mountain, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Girls Inc. New Hampshire “inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold” and to discover their full potential. Through facilities in 3 cities, the non-profit provides individual mentoring, leadership development, and enrichment programs – all in a safe and caring family environment. Programs cover a wide range of topics (including math and science education, pregnancy prevention, media literacy, adolescent health, careers and leadership). Operation Glass Slipper is a non-profit dedicated to providing prom gowns and accessories to high school girls throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin struggling with difficult financial or family circumstances. They provide gowns and accessories free of charge to these girls in hopes that they will be able to attend prom. They host an annual Princess Event every March where they give over 1,000 girls dresses and accessories for prom. Finally, Tough Warrior Princesses is a non-profit based in Amesbury, MA that helps raise funds for cancer research, educates the public on the need to find a cure, and provides support to women and their families affected by cancer. This organization is "made up of sisters, mothers, daughters, and friends, some cancer survivors themselves, all who share the common goal of a world without cancer". Since 2010, Tough Warrior Princesses has donated almost $250,000 to cancer research. This non-profit is completely run by women and in support of women who are currently fighting cancer, and we are proud of how much they have been able to accomplish.
